Synopsis

Matteo's sister dies due to a lack of medical coverage. Driven mad by grief, he assassinates the CEO responsible. But this is only the beginning: Matteo wants to bring down all the insurance companies that exploit the vulnerable. Hunted by the police, he leaves clues to bring the truth to light. Soon, he becomes a hero to everyone the system has abandoned. A silent war has just begun.
