This page explains how to report content on AnyShort (anyshort.net) that you believe infringes your copyright, and what we do when we receive such a report.
1. Content on AnyShort
AnyShort aggregates short-form dramas from third-party sources. Rights to the films and related material belong to their respective owners; AnyShort does not claim ownership of them.
2. Sending a takedown notice
If you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf, email sawaithawbuppha@gmail.com with the subject Copyright takedown and include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on anyshort.net of the material you want removed.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
3. What we do
We review every complete notice and remove or disable access to the reported material within 5 business days. We keep a record of the notice and of the action taken.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake, email the same address with a description of the material, where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification. We will review it and may restore the material.
5. Repeat infringement
Accounts and sources identified as repeatedly infringing are terminated or excluded from the catalogue.
