Synopsis

After his sister dies due to losing her health insurance coverage, a devastated Matteo Leone takes justice into his own hands by assassinating the insurance company's CEO. His goal is bigger than mere revenge: he wants to expose the corrupt health insurance giants that prey on vulnerable clients. By staying one step ahead of the police and leaving a trail of clues to broadcast his message, Matteo quickly becomes a folk hero to the very people the ruthless corporate elites thought they could silence.
