Synopsis

Legendary gambler Henry Smith is framed by rival Lip Orville and goes into hiding after Lip kills his brother David. Rescued by Sophia, he adopts a new identity: Carl, a janitor at an underground Chicago speakeasy. When Lip returns, backed by the mafia and boss Don Bazzini, Carl is pulled back into the high-stakes underworld to plot his revenge.
