Synopsis

After his sister dies due to denied insurance coverage, Matteo Leone loses everything. Consumed by despair and systemic injustice, he takes matters into his own hands by assassinating the insurance CEO. His mission exceeds simple revenge; he aims to expose the corrupt, profit-driven insurance industry. As he evades police, he leaves clues that resonate with the public. To the silenced, Matteo becomes a vigilante hero seeking justice.
