Synopsis

After his sister dies because she lost her health insurance, a shattered Matteo Leone takes justice into his own hands by killing the CEO of the insurance company. But revenge is only part of it. He has a bigger mission: expose the corrupt health insurance companies profiting off their most vulnerable clients. Always one step ahead of the police, Matteo leaves behind clues to spread his message, quickly becoming a hero to the very people the ruthless CEO thought he could silence.
