Synopsis

After his sister dies when her health insurance claim is rejected, a devastated Matteo Leone decides to take justice into his own hands by assassinating the insurance company's CEO. But his motive goes beyond revenge: his ultimate goal is to expose corrupt health insurance companies that exploit vulnerable clients. Always staying one step ahead of the police, Matteo leaves clues along the way to send his message. Soon, he becomes a hero to those whom the ruthless CEOs thought they could silence.
