Sinopsis
On the eve of the Spring Festival Travel Rush, Harlan Dunn, the new head of Grand Terminal, ignored existing contracts and imposed a series of arbitrary fees including cleaning fees, lounge usage fees, and dispatching fees. He even locked the exit to demand an 800,000-yuan capacity guarantee fee, using thousands of returning passengers to coerce partner SafeRide Coach Lines into paying. Shaw Quinn, head of SafeRide Coach Lines, was forced to pay to ensure passenger travel, while quietly completing preparations for a new terminal. After gathering full evidence, he moved all 60 coaches overnight. As fleets and merchants left one after another, Grand Terminal's revenue plummeted, leaving it mired in lawsuits and debt crises.
