Sinopsis
This is the story of Nora, who rebuilds herself after ending a five‑year‑long romantic relationship. For years, her fiancé Ryan kept promising to take her to Aspen in winter, yet he repeatedly put her off with “next winter”. Shortly before their wedding, Nora discovers hundreds of intimate photos of Madison on Ryan’s tablet, learning he traveled to Aspen with Madison every year, showering her with fine gifts while only giving Nora cheap souvenirs, and even letting Madison meddle in their wedding plans. Nora calmly calls off the wedding and cuts all ties; subsequent corporate investigations expose Ryan’s fraudulent expense reports for trips with Madison, ruining his career and Madison’s social standing. Nora moves on to a new job, reconnects with her thoughtful old acquaintance Mercer, and realizes she should choose herself instead of competing for a man’s affection.
