Synopsis
Claire, an adopted daughter, is exiled to a desolate Oregon farm by her blood relatives. She unearths complete fossil skeletons of dire wolves, saber-toothed cats, and giant ground sloths buried beneath the land. Using these as leverage, she reclaims the nearly bankrupt family organic food business from her greedy half-siblings, whose reckless management has ruined it. But Claire chooses kindness over revenge: she distributes shares to factory workers, launches free vocational schools for local youth, and funds paleontological research with company profits. Philip and Irene lose everything due to their greed, while Claire lets go of resentment, settles permanently on the farm, builds a small fossil exhibition hall, and devotes herself to science outreach.
