Synopsis

Five years ago, Amy, a talented plus-size screenwriter, was deeply in love with Hollywood newcomer Leo. But on the night of his Oscar nomination, she overheard him dismiss her as a mere stepping stone. Heartbroken, Amy fled, only to be run off the road by obsessive fans. Miraculously surviving, she gave birth prematurely to her son, Noah. To hide from Leo and her enemies, she transformed herself, lost weight, and changed her name to Chloe. Now, she scrapes by as a low-level wardrobe assistant, secretly raising Noah, who suffers from congenital retinopathy. Five years later, Leo is an A-list superstar. Haunted by guilt, he desperately searches for Amy, believed dead in a car fire. Meeting Chloe on set, Leo is struck by familiar details: a unique knot, a wrist scar, her peanut allergy, hot cocoa, and a stomach-soothing oatmeal recipe. To afford Noah's surgery, Chloe ghostwrites Leo's new movie, but her writing style betrays her. Leo’s manager Marcus uncovers the truth: the Warner Group (Lillian’s family) faked Amy's death to force Leo into a marriage alliance. Enraged by jealousy, Lillian kidnaps Noah, worsening his eye condition, and hires a hitman for the premiere. Leo takes a bullet for Chloe and is critically injured. Afterward, Leo destroys the Warner Group, Lillian is imprisoned, and Noah's sight is restored. Finally, Leo humbles himself with a confession, Chloe forgives, and they wed, finding redemption and true love amidst the glitz of Hollywood.
