Synopsis
A gripping urban micro-drama packed with substitute marriage, revenge, sweet romance, and high-society feuds. Amanda, the adopted daughter of the Lucas family, discovers her fiancé Chris faked his death to assume his twin brother's identity and carry on an illicit affair with his sister-in-law Vivian. Heartbroken, Amanda takes her best friend's place to marry Evan Reynolds, the rumored disfigured and comatose patriarch of the Reynolds family, just to escape her toxic household. Unbeknownst to everyone, Evan woke up a year ago and faked his coma to root out family traitors. Shockingly, Evan is also the true savior who rescued Amanda from a car wreck five years ago—whom she had mistaken for Chris. At their debut gala, Evan drops his disguise to back Amanda, exposing Chris and Vivian's sinister crimes. Through trials, mutual protection, and retribution, Amanda and Evan find true love, culminating in a grand wedding where Amanda is crowned the sole matriarch of the Reynolds empire.
