Synopsis
Two years ago, mafia member Vincent Moretti was betrayed by his brother, Niccolò. After faking his death and undergoing facial reconstruction, he built a new life along the eastern coast of South America, rising to become "The Phantom"—the undisputed underworld emperor of the ports. Upon his return, he discovered that his mother had died of liver cancer due to a lack of money for medical treatment, and his sister, Loretta, was reduced to scavenging through trash to survive in Brownsville. Using his control over the transit rights to twelve South American ports as leverage, Vincent intimidated the gang leaders, stripping Niccolò, Sofia, and the elder Cavallo of their power before exiling them to the jungle mining regions of Colombia. Ultimately, at his mother’s gravesite, holding his sister in his arms, he brought this long-overdue judgment to a close.
