Synopsis
Evelina Hartwell never expected to be thrown out of the luxury hotel she built herself. Returning under a false name, dressed in an old coat and carrying a battered suitcase, she plans only to quietly inspect the property she founded years ago. Instead, General Manager Sabine Crowe humiliates her in front of the guests, cancels her reservation, and orders security to remove her. But one act of humiliation quickly exposes something much darker. Evelina discovers double-booked suites, secret VIP rooms tied to cash payments, a chained fire exit, suspicious access records, and surveillance footage that has been deliberately erased. When a guest’s $200,000 diamond necklace disappears, Sabine goes even further—accusing Evelina of theft, detaining her in a security room, and ordering her suitcase opened before the police arrive.
