The Wife's Dangerous Game

Synopsis

Housewife Avery discovers that her husband, Julian, is having an affair with her best friend, Chloe. Together with Julian’s mother, they forge a mental illness report to seize Avery’s trust fund. Avery joins forces with Marcus, Julian’s rival. She pretends to be even crazier, luring Julian into a fraudulent investment that wipes out his assets. At Julian and Chloe’s engagement party, Avery arrives with Marcus. She plays a recording and produces a debt document. Julian goes bankrupt and lands in prison, while Avery becomes the queen of high society.
