Synopsis

Wealthy socialite Ji Ru discovers husband Lu Shiming's affair and plots revenge. Pregnant mistress Guo Lili arrives to provoke, mistaking elegant Ji Ru for Lu's mother. Ji Ru plays along as 'mother-in-law' to control Lili, demanding a meeting with her parents. Desperate to marry rich, Lili agrees to a meeting at her father's birthday banquet. At the banquet, Ji Ru exposes Lili's affair and pregnancy, shaming the Guo family. Ji Ru pretends to help plan the wedding while gathering evidence of Shiming's infidelity. On the wedding day, she broadcasts surveillance footage, forcing Shiming to surrender all assets. Ji Ru successfully divorces, keeps her fortune, and destroys their reputations.
