The True Mistress

Synopsis

From New York’s elite Hawthorne family, powerful matriarch Eleanor Hawthorne goes undercover and is humiliated by her son Sebastian’s greedy mistress Vivian. While fooling Sebastian with fake pregnancy and schemes, Vivian tries to seize the family fortune and heir position. Eleanor exposes all her frauds and violent plots, uncovering an eight-year-old car crash crime masterminded by Vivian. After justice is served, the repentant Sebastian renounces his inheritance. Eleanor adopts the kind-hearted Lauren as her daughter, proving poverty is never an excuse for evil.
