Synopsis

Two children are kidnapped and locked in a dark, damp place, filled with fear. Leaning on each other, they promise to escape together. During their daring attempt, the boy gets injured while protecting the girl, and the girl runs off to distract their captors. Unfortunately, she is caught, and the kidnappers force-feed her poison to silence her, leaving her mute. Years pass, and both grow into adulthood. The girl is haunted by nightmares of that traumatic past, tearfully missing the boy who saved her. "Little Bird, how are you? You said we'd marry when we grew up. I broke my promise," she whispers in her heart. Little does she know, her family has arranged a marriage for her—with none other than her beloved "Little Bird." At first, neither recognizes the other, interacting with polite distance. But when the girl stumbles upon a childhood keepsake from their captivity, and the man spots it, the long-buried memories flood back. He finally realizes that the woman before him is the very girl he has been searching for all his life.
