Synopsis
For five years, Esther was trapped in an abusive marriage. Her husband, Carl, was not only unfaithful and violent, but also indirectly caused the death of their daughter. On their fifth anniversary, during a violent altercation, Carl was accidentally killed. Panicked, Esther buried his body in the backyard and went to sleep. The next morning, Carl appeared before her again—in the flesh, acting as caring and gentle as when they first fell in love. His personality was completely different from the terrible husband she had just buried. Esther began to wonder what was happening. Had Carl risen from the dead, or had someone taken his place?
