Synopsis

Alone on a Business Trip for a Year (28 episodes) follows Catherine Morris, CEO of Morris Group and top scientist. After a year of research in Seattle, she discovers her husband Evan betrayed their DINK agreement—he has a baby with mistress Megan, who seizes her Beverly Hills mansion and pretends to be Ms. Morris. Catherine is blocked, humiliated, framed for mental illness and fired. Saved by her brother Chris, she learns Evan’s wealth and status come from her, with her patents under his name. Villains are punished: Megan jailed for fraud, Evan for assault and bigamy. Catherine recovers, presents groundbreaking research, and becomes a Nobel candidate, shining as herself, not just the chairman’s sister.
