Synopsis

Synopsis: 'One Year Business Trip' (28 episodes) follows Katherine, Morris Group CEO and top scientist. After one year of research in Seattle, she discovers her husband Evan had a child with mistress Megan, breaking their child-free pact. Megan takes over their Beverly Hills mansion, impersonating the wife. Falsely accused of insanity and fired, Katherine is saved by brother Chris and realizes her husband’s wealth and status rely on her patents. Eventually, Megan is jailed for fraud, Evan for assault and bigamy. Katherine restarts, publishes breakthrough research, and shines as a Nobel Prize candidate.
