Synopsis

Elena is the true Chairwoman of the Cooper Group. Five years ago, she handed the company's operations over to her husband, Dalton, and stepped back from the spotlight. After a five-year absence, Elena returns to the board, but no one in the company recognizes her anymore. Instead of respect, she is met with a toxic workplace rife with gossip, bullying, and rumors. Many employees speculate that Dalton's wife is an old, unattractive woman who is no longer relevant. Dalton's secretary, Flora, has repeatedly tried to seduce him without success. When she spots Dalton and Elena sharing an affectionate moment, she mistakes Elena for his mistress. Shortly after, Flora discovers that Elena is pregnant. Determined to become Dalton's mistress herself, Flora begins targeting and bullying Elena. She spares no effort to humiliate, isolate, and completely eliminate Elena from the picture.
