Synopsis

Fresh graduate Ben develops hemorrhoids from spicy food. At the hospital, his doctor is Ethan, his stepfather's son. Their first rectal exam is mortifying. Their doctor-patient dynamic evolves despite the awkwardness. Ethan appears cold but quietly cares, monitoring Ben's diet and providing post-surgery care. Ben falls for Ethan, intentionally eating spicy food to see him. Ethan struggles with his feelings, pushing Ben away initially. After Ben’s failed attempt to date a girl, a clinic visit breaks their emotional barriers. Following misunderstandings, confessions, and family acceptance, they find healing together, settling into a home with a cat.
