Synopsis
Ava was fired by Victor for refusing to declaw a cat. She opened a tiny clinic across the street with a sign: "We treat what they can't." An influencer brought in a seizuring Husky. Victor wanted $100,000 for brain surgery. Ava pulled a blade of grass from its nose and charged $50. The livestream exploded, and Victor's scam went viral. But Victor was not done. To cut costs, he laced pet supplements with industrial neurotoxins, tested them on strays, and dumped a poisoned pregnant hedgehog at Ava's door to frame her. At the Golden Paw Awards, he fed the poison to million-dollar show dogs on live TV. They collapsed, foaming at the mouth. Victor thought he had won—until a black cat dropped through the ceiling with a USB drive. Surveillance footage, recordings, and chat logs proved Victor was poisoning animals. Police arrived. He ran. Ava whistled. Rex took him down. Victor went to prison, and his clinic was shut down. One year later, Ava's Animal Care Center opened. Milo, the cat who once complained about everything, now wore a gold chain and ran the lobby as "Lobby Manager." He was already planning his next pitch: "Birkin bag on the left. Limited sneakers on the right. They're all my KPI." This time, the animals finally had someone who listened.
