Synopsis
After getting fired for the 12th time for standing up to a workplace harasser, blue-collar Cleveland native Lila Carter lands a live-in nanny job for the wealthy Hale family of Boston. The reclusive widower architect Ethan, his shy artistic daughter Mia, and his reserved mother Margaret have all lived under the icy control of family trustee Claire Bennett for years. Fearless and big-hearted, Lila doesn’t just care for Mia—she defies Claire’s iron fist, thaws the frozen Hale household, and unearths a decade-old secret that could destroy everything… or finally set them all free.
