Synopsis

Iris, a medical student, and Eli, an obstetrician, become entangled after a one-night accident. Iris becomes pregnant with twins. Eli’s grandmother, Isabel, registers their marriage. Eli does not recognize Iris and mistakes her for Alice, his wife. Eli asks his “wife” to have an abortion, breaking Iris’s heart. Markus and Dylan blackmail Iris, causing a premature birth. Eli finally discovers the truth: he nearly aborted his own wife, the mother of his children. Eli cares for Iris as both doctor and husband. The twins’ cries bring the chaos to an end.
