The Master Engineer's Comeback

Synopsis

In the 1990s, veteran craftsman Li Xiuming poured his heart into helping his son, Li Dalong, start a business, growing the Xiaolong Factory into a major operation. Once the factory became stable, his son and daughter-in-law saw him as a burden. They pressured him to hand over his skills and give up his dividends, then threw him out over a few dozen yuan in food expenses. Heartbroken, Li Xiuming left with his apprentice, Chu Xiaofu. His hidden identity as a Luban master, kept secret for 20 years, was finally revealed, and a state-owned manufacturing plant hired him as chief engineer for a high salary. He restarted imported equipment, led a new factory to win major orders, and launched a stunning comeback. Meanwhile, the former Xiaolong Factory fell into crisis, forcing Li Dalong to bow his head and beg his father for help. Caught between betrayal and family bonds, what choice will Li Xiuming make?
