Ep 1 – Ep 40

Synopsis

To fulfill his grandmother's dying wish, Pan Jun returned to the village with A Wei to marry Shen Xuewei. The Shen family despised him. On the wedding day, Shen Xuewei's cousin, Shen Biao, forced Pan Jun to kneel, eat from a dog bowl, and sign a vasectomy consent form. Pan Jun was beaten and A Wei was restrained, while Shen Xuewei watched coldly without defending him. Realizing the Shen family never truly accepted him, Pan Jun threw down his bank card and played an audio recording of Shen Xuewei's affair with Ding Feng. Chaos erupted, the Shen mother and daughter turned on each other, and Pan Jun walked away from the village.
