Synopsis

Mother finds body, diary; realizes bracelet detects fear, not lies. Ruby’s bracelet is fake toy. Mother wears bloodstained bracelet, shocked by her own lies. Guilt drives her mad; she attacks Ruby, leaving her crippled. Father dies in despair. Mother dies clutching diary; Lily’s spirit finds eternal peace—free from pain and lies.
