Chandra Gus, a fisherman's son, is framed and exiled from his clan by Clan Leader Yohan Gus while his parents are gravely ill. He meets Su Yueqing, daughter of a restaurant owner. Leveraging his extraordinary sailing skills, Chandra builds his own fleet. Yohan Gus and port gang boss Ye plot endlessly, using Chandra's dying father as bait.
