Synopsis

At a dumpling restaurant, a dispute arose between Shane, his workers, and owner Vera Warner, who insulted the laborers. Instead of retaliating, Shane built a Workers' Canteen on the construction site, hiring workers' family members and obtaining permits. The dumpling restaurant became deserted, while the Workers' Canteen successfully opened, ensuring workers were well-fed.
