Synopsis
Arthur bought a home. Daughter-in-law Chloe Golding squanders his funds, forcing him to the balcony. At his birthday, Chloe rages. Arthur demands rent or move out. Chloe fakes pregnancy, damages the house. Big Bucks Golding intervenes. Kevin sees Chloe's greed, gives up his claim. Half the property goes to the grandson. Arthur keeps property, funds grandson's education, no longer bailing out son. He rents rooms, lives harmoniously with a tenant, starting a new life.
