The Bride Swap

Synopsis

In her previous life, Elena married into a wealthy family but was beaten to death by her husband Damian. Her own younger sister Vivian set the house on fire to kill her, eager to seize her privileged life. Both sisters were reborn on the day the marriage contracts were signed. Vivian took the lead to propose swapping their marriages, convinced that she had grabbed the ticket to a luxurious life. Having foreseen everyone’s fate, Elena calmly chose Lucas, the fallen young heir whom everyone looked down on. Damian’s cruel nature never changed, and he abused Vivian relentlessly after their marriage. Lucas, by contrast, harbored grand business visions and treated Elena with constant gentleness. Drawing on memories from her past life, Elena assisted Lucas in starting his business. Side by side, they staged an incredible comeback, and their company’s valuation soared. After enduring endless torment, Vivian finally woke up to the truth. She exposed Damian’s violent crimes in court and sold all her assets to make amends to Lucas’s family. Once all the turmoil settled, Vivian let go of her obsessions and embarked on a simple, peaceful new life. Staying true to their original hearts, Elena and Lucas built a fulfilling life from scratch, spending the rest of their days in gentle, pure love with each other.
