Synopsis
Pastry shop owner Chloe is cornered by thugs late at night. Muscular Kane swoops in to save her, yet acts shy as a golden retriever and mentions he can cook red bean soup. Chloe mistakes him for a dessert apprentice and hires him on the spot. In truth, Kane is a bodyguard sent by the underworld to protect her. Clumsy but gifted, he surprisingly bakes delicious cakes. Through daily feeding moments, a blackout hug, and strawberry apron antics, their bond deepens. When Chloe is kidnapped, Kane reveals his true identity and rescues her, covered in blood. Chloe, unfazed, asks him to teach her combat. After her father is attacked, she transforms from a soft sweetheart into a mafia queen, leading Kane to take down the mastermind Vincent and turn the gang into a dessert chain. In the end, Kane upgrades from bodyguard to boyfriend, and together they run the pastry shop and their lives side by side.
