Synopsis
Ella Veyland, a low-ranking novice nun, is labeled a "magicless nobody" by the Holy Temple. Shortly after the verdict, the sealed bloodline of the Black Dragon Royal Clan awakens within her by accident. Once a devout believer, she is now branded a heretic hunted across the entire realm. While on the run, she forges an alliance with three outcasts: Kaelen, a dark knight haunted by the blood feud of his exterminated clan; Ryder, an exiled elderly mage; and Brianna, a high-ranking sister whose conscience slowly stirs awake. Together, they gradually unmask the Holy Temple’s thousand-year conspiracy—one built on massacring dragonkind, rewriting history, sacrificing common folk, and draining their magical power for greed. As the full truth comes to light, Ella evolves from a timid, forbearing nun into the heir of the Black Dragons sworn to protect the continent. She leads anti-Temple forces into open war against Pope Augustine. In the climactic fated battle, she shatters the Temple’s hypocritical reign and clears the dragons’ tarnished name. Yet she uncovers a devastating new crisis: the continental barrier is on the verge of collapse, and ancient chaotic forces stand poised to awaken. The tale ends on an epic, cliffhanging note.
