The Assassin I Was Meant to Kill

Synopsis

American Mafia’s cold, elite heir and top assassin Elegla Grey has feuded bitterly with Italian Mafia heir Es Delucia for eight years. Plagued by an age-old family blood feud, the two rival killers fought endlessly with neither gaining the upper hand. Their brutal warehouse duel after an assassination mission was broken up by police, forcing both to retreat. Soon after, Russian Mafia leader Moscov emerged as a mutual threat, launching a massive manhunt against both crime families. At a weapons-free charity ball, Moscov tried to bid for Elegla, only to be outbid by Es. Forced into a public dance, the bitter rivals set aside their hatred and allied to counter the deadly common enemy. Constant shared warfare turned their eight-year enmity into an unbreakable bond. Amid family conflicts and hidden personal histories, they finally uncovered the truth of Moscov’s twenty-year-old massacre. Es was gravely wounded shielding Elegla from a fatal shot, cementing their irreplaceable bond. The two feuding families ultimately reconciled and defeated Moscov together. After avenging her family, Elegla united with Es. Once mortal enemies, they became lovers and partners, establishing a new order for the mafia world.
