Synopsis

Dr. Sterling dies, reborn as 7-year-old 'Shane'. He finds ER doctor Grace Lane was his colleague. Dr. Sterling is in a vegetative state. Shane gets adopted by Grace Lane. Shane guides Grace Lane in emergency procedures, using Dr. Sterling's techniques, despite Miles Carter's obstruction and the dean's suspicion. Miles Carter causes public crises. Shane guides Grace Lane through many medical incidents, saving lives. Ultimately, Shane returns to his body and wins Grace Lane's heart.
