Ep 1 – Ep 50

Synopsis

Princess Beverly, the mermaid, took a potion to grow human legs and entered into a substitute-marriage at the Donaldson Manor to rescue her imprisoned younger sister and clansfolk. CEO Owen suffered from skin-hunger syndrome and had long searched for his saviour from years past, yet he mistakenly believed Grace, who bore fake scale powder, to be that person. After marriage, Owen treated Beverly with icy coldness, but his body drew near to her instinctively — every touch with her instantly eased his affliction, while Grace evoked no such effect. Facing the desperate plight of dwindling potion and her body slowly turning to stone, Beverly snuck into the manor’s underground laboratory. Truths unfolded layer by layer: she herself was the one who had bitten Owen and forged the tidal contract to save him back then. From tentative testing of one another to shielding each other with their lives, the two defeated the mastermind David in a final showdown inside the laboratory and freed her sister and clansfolk. In the end, she told him by the seashore, “I want to stay.” And he had waited twenty-one years for those very words.
