That Cyberbullied Fat Bride

Synopsis

Molly, a 26-year-old wedding planner, struggled with deep insecurities over her curvy figure and had always lived in the shadow of her best friend Sasha. When Sasha fled her wedding, the family business teetered on the brink of bankruptcy, forcing Molly to take Sasha’s place and marry Cole, heir to a wealthy conglomerate. At their globally live-streamed wedding, Molly became the target of online ridicule, labeled a "fat bride" and a gold-digging fraudster, and soon lost her job as well. Instead of exposing the whole charade, Cole defended her at every turn. To fulfill the investment contract that required him to be married, the two signed a 72-hour partnership agreement. With Cole by her side, Molly stood up to online harassment and stuck to a fitness routine, undergoing a complete transformation in three months. Vanessa, the brand director, continuously manufactured malicious public opinion and even invited Molly’s former bullies to humiliate her during a live broadcast. Molly fired back fearlessly and exposed Vanessa’s schemes to everyone present. The truth came to light afterward: ten years prior in Santorini, a young Cole had been comforted by Molly, who shared half a watermelon with him. He had quietly loved and waited for her ever since. In the end, Molly revived her wedding planning business, declaring "I am my own bride," and gained both genuine love and well-deserved respect.
