Ep 1 – Ep 70

Synopsis

Genevieve was Roland Duchy’s only legitimate heir, but Martha, the Blacksmith’s wife, switched her at birth. She grew up as an abused servant in her foster family. Twenty years later, the truth surfaced. Returning to the ducal castle, Genevieve found her parents favoring their foster daughter Isabella, while her brother Edmund blindly defended her. Genevieve knew pleading would never bring justice. She would reclaim everything with absolute force. Isabella immediately set traps: accusing Genevieve of stealing a dress at a birthday feast, royal trade contracts in the study, and even arranging a scandal to ruin her reputation. Genevieve turned every scheme against its maker. She feigned weakness, exposed Isabella’s false innocence, planted white powder to track footprints and destroy Edmund’s frame-up, then used their own plot to expose Isabella and Martha before everyone. For revenge, Genevieve targeted Reginald, the kingdom’s sole heir—a cold, proud and ruthless strategist, and Isabella’s coveted fiancé. Using herself as bait, she carefully captured his attraction and possessiveness, from their first meeting and a tavern encounter to tests at a banquet and one night at an inn. Reginald saw through her tricks, yet willingly fell for her, becoming her sharpest blade and strongest shield. When Isabella and Edmund plotted in the advisers’ hall, tried to expose Genevieve at the recognition feast, and stole a secret trade dossier that threatened the family’s interests, Genevieve remained composed. She won the respect of Seraphina, the kingdom’s foremost merchant lady, and became its most exalted crown princess-to-be after Reginald proposed. But the real battle had only begun. Isabella and Edmund would never stop scheming. Genevieve wanted more than a crown princess’s title: she wanted the inheritance of all Roland Duchy—and final victory over everyone who owed her a debt.
