Evil Vanessa, who stole Theo at birth, along with fake‑mother Tiffany, keep scheming to tear them apart. After kidnapping, forged DNA and countless dangers, the truth comes out. Grace finds her lost triplet son Theo, and the whole big family finally reunites happily.
