Synopsis
Blind Evelyn is forced by her father to marry Liam, a man rumored to be old, ugly, and bankrupt, in place of her scheming half-sister. Instead of misery, she finds herself cherished by Liam, who secretly spoils her while hiding the fact that he is a billionaire business tycoon merely pretending to be poor. Jealous of Evelyn’s happiness, her half-sister sets a fire to kill her and steal her corneas, but Liam rescues Evelyn and restores her sight. To uncover the mastermind behind the attack, Liam conceals his identity as her husband while appearing publicly as the world’s richest man. After regaining her vision, Evelyn becomes a brilliant hacker and joins Liam’s company to seek revenge, while her sister impersonates his savior and drives a wedge between them. Framed for stealing company secrets and heartbroken by the misunderstanding, Evelyn loses faith in Liam until he publicly exposes all of her sister’s crimes at the company’s annual gala, sends her to prison, and proposes to Evelyn with his entire business empire. Evelyn ultimately transforms from a helpless blind girl into a confident, independent queen who stands beside Liam as his equal.
