Synopsis

Kara Miller, a dedicated children’s sand-tray therapist in Chicago, discovers her husband and fellow practitioner Daniel abuses sand therapy to dig up families’ private secrets and blackmail wealthy clients for huge profits. Beneath the warm, child-friendly clinic marked “No Secrets” lies a hidden criminal network of extortion, covering domestic abuse and underage trauma concealed via false mental diagnoses. Betrayed in both marriage and career, Kara secretly collects incriminating audio and case files, cooperates with FBI agents to dismantle Daniel’s illegal ring. After his conviction, she launches a nonprofit sand therapy studio to heal wounded kids free of charge. Years later, paroled Daniel and his vengeful accomplice Victor repeatedly threaten her safety. Still unshaken, Kara sticks to her original mission, continuing to use sand play to uncover hidden pain and safeguard vulnerable children amid lingering industry corruption.
