Synopsis

Karin is a housewife, and her husband, Tom, is a wealthy lawyer. While she is away, her house catches fire, leaving her five-year-old daughter, Anna, fighting for her life. Mary, a philanthropist, accompanies the fire engine driven by Captain Bob to rush Anna to the emergency room for urgent surgery. On the way, the fire engine collides with Karin’s car, as she is just returning from betraying her husband. She demands they beg her and pay compensation, wasting precious time. Despite the efforts of Mary, paramedic Eve, and bystanders to persuade her to clear the way, Karin remains stubborn and refuses, completely unaware that the fire engine is trying to save her own daughter.
