Synopsis

Ling Ye, plagued by unexplainable drowsiness and relentless bullying, lives a powerless life. Unbeknownst to him, his soul is trapped in the interdimensional prison 'Guixu'. At a giant bronze gate deep within the fantasy realm, he meets the sealed 'Great Sage Equal to Heaven, Sun Wukong,' who reveals Ling Ye is the '7th Warden.' To break his curse, Ling Ye trades his services to retrieve the lost 'Ruyi Jingu Bang' in exchange for the Great Sage's power. Unleashing his aura to save Shen Ningshuang from possession, he catches the eye of the 'Bureau of Anomalous Events' and joins after rigorous testing. Yet, the 'Jingu Bang' he seeks lies dormant in the Bureau's own high-security vault...
