Perilous Journey: Saving a Life

Synopsis

Jalal Amir, America's top billionaire, is dying. He hires skilled surgeon Shawqi to transport a donor kidney by plane for a secret transplant. The flight is delayed when Karima - mother of Jamila, fiancée of Jalal's grandson - goes to the restroom. When Shawqi urges them to hurry, Jamila insults him. After takeoff, Karima suffers a heart attack. Shawqi saves her, breaking her ribs in the process. Ungrateful, Jamila demands Shawqi apologize in a demeaning way. When he refuses, she threatens to destroy the kidney. Shawqi is forced to reveal Jalal's condition, pleading for her to stop, but Jamila disbelieves him - until she smashes the case and sees the name on it: Jalal Amir, her fiancé's grandfather.
