Synopsis
Riverbend Village is submerged. Leo Shaw chooses to stay, guarding his concrete plot. As the flood isolates the village, this 'concrete yard' becomes the only dry land for miles. Facing the disaster, Leo Shaw offers his private property as a free logistics point. He also uses his own machinery to help neighbors salvage their flood-damaged property.
