Synopsis
Janet, a single Chinese-American convenience store owner, freely opened her private lot for neighbors’ parking for three years. Spiteful Maria reported her over a charger dispute, costing Janet a $10,000 fine. Janet locked the lot, triggering community traffic chaos. Maria’s endless retaliation escalated to attempted arson. With lawyer Frank and residents’ support, Janet won the lawsuit, made Maria and her son face jail and compensation. Finally, she ran a legal parking & auto shop, and her son got into a top university, gaining peace and a new life.
