Synopsis

Timothy, adopted by the wealthy Snyder family, dedicated his entire life to his three older sisters. Everything changes when Matthew, the biological son, returns and turns the family against Timothy with a web of lies and schemes. Exiled and accused of crimes he didn't commit, Timothy's love remains unbroken. In a final gesture of self-sacrifice, he volunteers for the secret Project Hail Mary—a humanity-saving mission to send one person with a rare gene to find a new planet. Only after Timothy disappears into the deep abyss of space do the Snyders uncover Matthew's malice. Thirty years later, as Timothy becomes the hero of a new civilization on planet Artemis, his former family still carries the unforgivable weight of their betrayal.
