Synopsis

America's richest man is dying. Only a new kidney can save him. Renowned surgeon Shaun must deliver it by plane—a top-secret mission. Aboard, takeoff is delayed as Kim, Jessica's mother, uses the restroom. Jessica is engaged to Erik, Derek's grandson. When Shaun urges her to hurry, Jessica humiliates him. After takeoff, Kim suffers a sudden heart attack. Shaun saves her life but must break several ribs. Instead of being grateful, Jessica demands a public, humiliating apology. When Shaun refuses, Jessica threatens to destroy the kidney cooler. Shaun reveals the truth: the kidney is for Derek Wolf. Jessica doesn't believe him until she rips the box open and sees the name: Derek Wolf, her fiancé's grandfather.
